At Beekeeping Supplies Australia, we are committed to providing high-quality apiary equipment and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the right fit, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Items

  Ensure all beekeeping tools, suits, or accessories are unused, clean of any wax or propolis, and securely packed in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided return label or address the package to our Brisbane distribution center and drop it off at any Australia Post location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our apiary specialists inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange item within 3-5 business days.
